Client Portal

We use SimplePractice, as a resource to help manage our practice. Our choice of SimplePractice was made in large part because of their client portal, a helpful resource for both the client and clinician. It offers a secure telehealth platform as well as a secure online payment system that includes the ability to review your account for accurancy.

Click the abve link to access the client portal or copy and paste https://thenookwellness.clientsecure.me into a web browser. Whenever you use the client portal you will receive a link at your registered email to gain entry. It is important to have access to your email when you would like to access the portal.

If you choose to use your mobile device to access the portal, you will need to use the device's internet browser.

SimplePractice has created the following guide to assist clients in its use. (Please note that all functionality may not apply to our practice, but the guide gives a good overview of what is offered by the application).
